Kristi - I loved the w/u standing work w/the roller. It was innovative, refreshing, and challenging. I would love to see more foam roller uses - those always seem to be 'the prop' in the mind/body studio in the big gyms that never break or dissapear.
I had so much fun in this class. I need to do it again soon I think. Thanks Maria!

Tried this class for the first time today. I love it. I live in a rural area with the closest Pilates class 90 minutes away. I would never be able to have these experiences without Pilates any time. Thank you.

Awesome lower abs and oblique foam roller work out
I agree with Robin...this is definitely my new favorite class- great arm work and core awareness. My roller is crummy, not that round, but this was still one of two or three I'll repeat indefinitely here.
