How many springs are used for the "Slow Motion Hundreds"? (min. 11:08)

Hi Stephanie, Before the Hundred John was using a Red and a Blue Spring. It looks like he removes one spring before starting the Hundred. I would use the springs you normally use for the Hundred and see how that feels.
