Really enjoyed this! I’m using a bb allegro, and found I had to modify springs for kneeling jumps to 1 red, for arm work to one blue (and o maintain form) and for arm jumps to 1 red. PS Pilates Anytime, could you possibly list what equipment any given workout was done on? That would be really helpful! (Maybe a filter?) Thank you!!
