Thank you Jenna so many wonderful ways to play and have fun with movement while incorporating challenge! 

What a nice mix of fun, strengthening, and lengthening. I wanted a 60 minute workout so I took  Gia's 30 minute mat class 1st, and followed with this class. It worked out well.  I will be looking for more of Jenna's classes. Thanks Jenna:)
