Enjoyable class but it seemed to be moving at more of a moderate to accelerated pace versus a deliberate pace. I’ve been sticking to deliberate (slower) movement for accuracy and I find my back muscles tighten when I’m doing the movements at a quicker pace.
Terrific level 2.5 class that will indeed have you sweating. Maintaining a smooth pace, Brett keeps you moving without rushing. You will need to bring your power to class.
