I love your classes, Gia. Short and effective and easy to fit in with kids at home. I am curious the reasoning for inhaling when stretching out / with effort? I was taught by my PT that to strengthen and protect the pelvic floor muscles you should always exhale with effort.
I'm so glad you're enjoying my classes, Annie C! For the breathing, I learned to inhale on the expansion and then exhale on the contraction for most movements, but I do change sometimes depending on how I'm feeling that day. I think as long as you're breathing, that's the most important thing!
