Class is not too hard or too easy.. just right:) I enjoyed walking the heels in Plie and a number of Courtney's other combo moves. Great end to a Great Series. Thanks Again Courtney:)

Excellent class... as always! So sad the series is already over. I’ll definitely take the series again. I hope you come back soon to PA for other barre Pilates fusion classes

Thank you Courtney for a brilliant class, however I did find the pace of your instruction fast at times! Recently I have been slowing my movements down to really concentrate and feel the muscle engagement that bit more.
