I had fun and got a good workout. One thing i have to be careful of in the side series (when i am raised on the one arm) is make sure my spine doesn't flex down to the side. This is a sure way for me to get a backache. Both Laura and Diane kept their torsos very straight, so they certainly demonstrated the right way to perform that exercise (and the other too). I loved this class! I can’t wait to repeat with my mom when she comes to visit next month :) I hope you guys will consider doing more team teach classes for Pilates Anytime!
Loved this - my daughter is also a pilates teacher (like me) and we often do a mum & daughter special for my clients. They love the natural bond and genuine enjoyment of sharing our love for Pilates - this was also evident from your own teaching - thank you x
