Is there a music link to download music used during these workouts?

It is hard to find good pilates classes that offer both a good cardio challenge and no equipment requirements. This class is for me. Thank you very much!

I like this class... very good balance work. I really felt in a dance class. The routine can be used as a warm-up before learning a lyrical-jazz choreography. I will share it with my dance students!
