I love this tutorial. This is the one exercise that is quintessential Pilates, and I feel so many people do it incorrectly- allowing more of their body to move than is necessary. It's great to see a breakdown of the proper movement.
As someone recovering from abdominal surgery, how could one start off with something before this to build the strength to progress to this? Or how could it be broken down into smaller stages to build up to this please? @pilatesposttransplant
