This is awesome! I'm new to Pilates and I so much want to make sure I am doing the exercises correctly to get the maximum benefit and remain injury free. This is exactly what I was looking for, if you continue to practice the movements while you are listening you can get in a great workout while correcting your mistakes along the way!

How can you bring your knees into your chest not using your leg flexors and using your powerhouse? like dumping a bol of soup with the hips? thaks
