wow! i took a break for a while and when I came back I realized just how much you can lose if you are lazy. Going to take more of your classes Meredith but may start with level 2 to get perfection before I jump into this one. Although I did finish it, my form was not the best.

I loved this sequence, and Meredith is adorable, but I could barely hear her at some points :( Though maybe it was me getting temporary hear loss from working my abs so hard! Thanks Meredith!
