Great class! I have a question.... when doing roll backs and your feet are on the uprights - how important is it for you to have that "heel connection?" I know if you have tight hamstrings, you can bend your knees, but is it something to strive for? Heel connection? Thanks!!
Awesome class, Melissa!! I like the sequence and the flow!! Not a ton of adjusting and switching springs and then back again, allowed for continuity, an excellent flow and a continuous workout! Thank you! I've added it to my favorites!:)
