Had not done this class for almost a year - was so happy to do it again today and feel great now. Any tips for not hyperextending the elbows when using weights?
Marissa try keeping the elbows "soft" in your mind and actively engaging the biceps and triceps when trying to avoid hyperextension. Please let me know if that helps.
