Hi Anthony, on the one particular stretch where we are supposed to be sitting on our bent knees, arms pulling back on the straps(aka the pic they clipped for this video class), I get pain on one foot over the anterior talofibular ligament. Is there a variation I can for this one move.
I love this. I teach my stretch class similar to yin yoga and I love your ideas here. Will be integrating some of these fabulous stretches into my classes. Thank you for this wonderful work.
