Lisa: Thank you for this great class! So many cueing gems! For example, I found it helpful to better understand Full Lunge when you said: " think of your back knee lifting to the ceiling and lift the abdominals to help with the hip flexor stretch." I learned so much!!! Each time I watched it, I got even more out of it. Thank you!!!!
