I’m enjoying the classes. It is a nice break from my spin bike. I’ve been doing each class twice—because I’m an overachiever plus I’m not as quick at picking up the choreography, so I need to take it twice to catch on!
That was awesome! Using the ball at the end really focused on the core work. I enjoyed the progressions from bringing the knee into the body in one section to warm up the stabilizers for lunge-jump-ups. I love how you choreograph each class. Never a boring class with you :)
