Amy thank you! This pair and the pair in my new reformer video are from werkshop. They have crazy patterns (some too crazy for me), but it’s an LA artist, I believe, and they turn her designs into leggings. 😍

This was such a great, challenging workout! Loved all the swan variations and that candlestick exercise has given me a new goal to work towards.
