Physioball Equanimity

In tribute to this date, we will be moving in sets of 9, 11, or 20. We will be utilizing a Physioball as our prop for today. Depending on your surface and space, you will need a yoga-type Mat (to not slip) and plenty of space around you to ensure room objects are well out of the way. Mental equanimity and breath will be key components in my grand finale.
