Again we bring a chair to this class, or an ottoman, or even a Pilates Long Box. Outside you can use a step, a bench, or a piece of playground equipment. Finding a connected plank is fun and it might not be a perfectly straight line. Creating trunk forces in a plank is an awesome way to build core awareness. Discover if you are a sagger or a humper.
