I encourage my clients to take responsibility for their own wellness by using the Pilates Method to help them find the confidence in themselves to take what we do within the studio and apply it to their everyday lives. The majority of their time is spent outside the studio, and that’s where the real transformation happens. When clients begin to see they truly have ownership and control over their minds and bodies, the possibilities of what they can achieve becomes endless. I love to work with open-minded people who are curious about finding ways to become a better version of themselves. I want to help them be free to move and live without limitations.

I encourage my clients to take responsibility for their own wellness by giving them the skills to command their bodies in space through the method of Pilates. I teach clients Pilates, but what they learn is how powerful they truly are and can be. They can then take Pilates with them wherever they go.

I encourage my clients to take responsibility for their own wellness by teaching them to understand their body and by creating an individualized practice that will deliver life-changing results. Pilates not only changed me physically, but, more importantly it's changed me mentally. It's how I found my inner strength and power to believe in myself. I strive, as an instructor, to make Pilates fun and to encourage my clients to understand that wellness is the combination of a positive mind, a strong body, and a happy heart. Our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and attitudes can positively or negatively affect our bodies.

I encourage my clients to take responsibility for their own wellness by showing them the "building blocks" of Pilates, as I put it. My clients know that Pilates is a journey and that their body will show where that road is going on a certain day, or as the weeks, months, and years pass with their Pilates practice. What their body and mind can do is different than anyone else's and it changes all the time. I love seeing the light bulbs go off as they realize what they can do by just being in the moment and focusing during each session.

I encourage my clients to take responsibility for their own wellness by educating them about their own body. I encourage my clients to apply the work of Mr. Pilates to their everyday life. Sessions with my clients are as much about learning to prioritize themselves as they are about Pilates.

I encourage my clients to take responsibility for their own wellness by helping them understand that their Pilates training is all about them and what they can do for themselves. I ask them to look beyond what they are able to do during their sessions to how they internalize what they experience and how it inspires them to apply these new skills and physical strength to their daily life. Most importantly to believe in their body’s innate ability to heal itself, develop balanced muscles, and evolve and improve with age instead of weaken and deteriorate. The path is through Pilates.

I encourage my clients to take responsibility for their own wellness by empowering them with an understanding of their body so they can move healthfully and with ease. I strive to create a positive movement experience to encourage feelings of strength, confidence, and health. By experiencing how movement heals and supports life, they become addicted to Pilates and wellness! I believe that anyone can benefit from Pilates with guidance and good instruction. Awareness of breath, mindfulness, alignment, and coordination can then be expanded into all areas of life! We do Pilates to feel better and to live the lives we envision.

I encourage my clients to take responsibility for their own wellness by addressing the Pilates exercises from the perspective of inner embodiment rather than external performance. When I teach, I take my students on a soma-nautical tour, a journey which explores inner space via interoception and proprioception. In order for my students to have a better understanding of the parts of the more challenging Pilates exercises, I deconstruct a demanding exercise into bite size pieces. This "nuts and bolt" approach allows the students to incorporate each piece, joint-by-joint, and thus reconstruct the exercise from the inside out.

I encourage my clients to take responsibility for their own wellness by creating a space for them to tune into their bodies. With my broad client base, I keep it fun and accessible as we work diligently session by session, to achieve their health and fitness goals. I love seeing clients awaken to how much better their bodies feel as they become aware they are moving through life differently. Eager to build on the one exercise I suggested they do at home at the beginning of their journey, they challenge me to help them push things further.
