Welcome to [inaudible] anytime. I'm Amy havens. Over the past three years we have filmed over 700 classes by some of the top professionals in the industry, but on a filming day, things don't always go as smoothly as you might think. Today we're going to show you a few of those funny little bloopers that didn't make the final cut noise. Sometimes getting your composure ready to begin filming can be a big challenge. Okay. You Ready? Kristy? Ready to jump? I think so. Okay. That's good.

It's good onset there. That's time to get ready. I'm ready. Okay. You ready to start the show? Sometimes starting the filming process can be a challenge. You may not even know that the camera is really on and ready to go. Okay. Oh, you talking to me and sometimes the teacher reintroduces herself halfway through the class that she's already been filming. Hi, I'm Rebecca Rotstein.

I don't know why I said that. And sometimes it's difficult knowing even when to start, how to start the seal pepe whale is going to [inaudible] before we began filming, we always do a sound check and it's very interesting to see what comes out during that sound check from some of these teachers. Nick's Tom. The mic is my man, Hank. Come on. I ain't seen that song. It's own and own it. Own it. Own. Don't stop and does a break. So you put taxes on the shuffle off to Buffalo. Even when we do get off to a good start, we can still stumble now and again during class. What was wrong with it?

Yeah, it was getting stuck in my fat. Oh yeah. And you guys are gonna stand up. Yeah. They're not going to stand up. Roll to one side and the jester spring tension. Oh, okay.

I'm stuck. Can we pause? I'm, my necklace is stuck. Oh, you're gonna break it. I'm gonna check myself if I try to get up. There's a funny the class it's going to break and sometimes the students have no idea that the class has just ended. I've hope you enjoyed the sequencing of these movements today. You know when you want to say one particular thing, but something entirely different comes out instead.

The truth is if you do anything consistently 20 minutes, three times a week, you'll feel better. So why make it Plavix? Why not make it? You've heard the bars, you've heard, oh, I'm going to have a body like a dancer. Oh, I'm going to have apps like [inaudible] me, I, ah, yeah, and some of our instructors have trouble remembering names. My studio is in Chicago, Illinois. What the hell is it? A [inaudible]. That's why I love working with Pilati today because it has a similar vision.

What did I say? Oh my God. Let me say it again. PyLadies anytime. Yeah. Yeah. No, that's important. I'm working with [inaudible] and any time we were very fortunate to be in the studio, we sit right by the Pacific Ocean here. And occasionally we do get visits from the Dolphins Jumping in, surfing out in the water there. Sometimes the instructors get pretty emotional when they see that.

So that is my inspiring sendoff or a little preface. Anytime I'm crying, I might have to excuse myself. Can we cut? I really don't ever cry during these things. You guys, I just have to share something with you. The energy here is like off the hook. Okay. I'm just going to cry for the rest of the two hours.
