About Me
After suffering with back issues for many years , and trying many different routes for pain management , I finally discovered about 15 years ago that Pilates was the way to go ! I initially took weekly Mat Classes for a few years and moved on to take both reformer and Mat classes 3 times weekly under a STOTT Instructor for about 7 years before training as a STOTT Instructor myself in 2008. I now run several Group and Individual classes in my local area, Teaching in fabulous venues and from my small studio base at home. My goal is to open the door into the way of life that is Pilates to everyone in our Community, no matter what age or ability .
How I wish I had done this years ago. I love what I do and discovering PILATES ANYTIME has given me a portal into the way others teach and into other pilates disciplines . A great site and network.
