Wunda Chair Workout - A short workout that references Rael Isacowitz' Pilates Wunda Chair - Double Feature DVD encompassing a basic Warm up, Foot Work, Backward Step down, and Standing Pike with some additional balance challenges included for fun. Class moves on with Torso Press Sit and TPS with a Twist, Side Stretch and Basic Swan. Feel good about moving through all the ranges of motions required to maintain a healthy spine. (Filmed August 24, 2010)
