Mat Workout - In this class Adrianne takes you through a more flowing Intermediate class, this is meant for those more versed in the traditional sequence of exercises and as Romana says "Gets the body moving". In some of the exercises Adrianne encourages you to either modify and or advance the movement according to your ability. The class is then followed by a light weight arm series to help posture as well as arms. Enjoy! (Filmed November 29, 2010)

Thank you for a wonderful class!! Adrianne's instructions are so concise, I was able to enjoy the class without having to come out of a pose to see what she was talking about. Also, love the addition of weights for arm series.
