Rina This series is amazing. Sometimes, I take the same class twice. I am not exactly a slouch when it comes to exercise. I have been working out for years, 6 times a week. I either run, swim or go to the gym. I thought I was in decent shape until I starting doing these classes. They are taking me to a whole new place. I also have fibromyalgia and these types of exercises seem to be very helpful. 10 mos ago |
