Mat Workout - Lolita San Miguel brings 50 years of Pilates teaching experience to this class aimed to improve if not completely reverse the loss of balance, the diminution in pulmonary capacity, circulation, flexibility, range of movement, coordination, slowing of reflexes, mental acuity and concentration human beings experience in the Golden Years. This class was taken from Lolita's Workshop for Seniors and is designed as a class that can be done from a bed. It feels great wherever you do it. (Filmed March 04, 2011)

Excellent! This helped me alot working with my senior clients. Learning better how to slow down and break up the exercise into modifications AND most importantly warming up the entire body before starting the progressions. Especially liked all the hand/wrist and feet/ankle warm ups.
