Mat Workout - This is a 7 minute wake up to the body after you've been sitting at the computer or just not moving enough. Stand up, stretch out your arms, legs and low back. Throw in a little balance work and you're good to go to any class or to get back to work if necessary. (Filmed March 08, 2011)
