that was so refreshing! what a nice idea on how to develop the transition from a standing plank to a full plank on the floor. I will definitely work on this with my clients.

This is a very simple teaching strategy! I love the breakout with the different props and lemon. Karen thank you! I just finished a mat class this morning where students couldn't hold a side plank no matter how I broke it down. I will try this next week and everyone will be successful! Eureka! Focus on the the shoulder stability and cervical placement.
