Just tried this class on a whim today. Loved it. Just what I needed. I am one of those folks with persistent lower back problems and I am grateful for the new (to me) strategies for strengthening and stabilizing. Also appreciated working my legs -- wobbling all over, but enjoyed the challenge. I send a curtsy to you. Thanks!
Excellent class, so many levels of movement of strength, articulation and balance that I can adjust for myself and variety of clients I have. It hit me spot on for this morning to start the day . Thank you Sally
Yep, Pilates practitioners do not often visit the squat or lunge. This is a great short sequence to add on to the stand-up portion of any class. One of those, "Do this every day" combos.
