Mat Class - 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pilates Anytime welcomes Tom McCook to the Studio where he will teach a Mat Class which includes a Franklin Method Warm up. Enjoy a class with this highly skilled Pilates, Yoga and Franklin Method teacher.
Filming. This mat class will be filmed by Pilates Anytime. As a result the schedule may fluctuate according to filming requirements. Participants will have the choice of being on or off camera.

It's wonderful to see all the workshops you have available in California, but is it possible to offer these courses on line so that people in Canada would have access to the information?

All the workshops held at the PA headquarters ARE online unless they have been filmed int the last month or so. You can find a list of them in the learning center underLearning Center
