Jody believes in the many benefits Pilates exercise method and is eager to share them with others. She has taught over 5000 hours of Pilates mat/apparatus classes to people of all ages from preschoolers to seniors. During the 2006-2007 Short Course season she had the pleasure of working with her teenage children's swim team. Jody works with one or two students at a time in her beautiful studio set in scenic Hollis, NH. CoreFocused offers the full Pilates studio offerings of Cadillac, chair, barrels, reformer, and matwork. Jody finds great satisfaction in enabling her clients to become stronger & more confident in their movement & how they view themselves.
