Kathrin Ress

I run a Pilates studio called PUNTOK in Bolzano, in the heart of the Dolomites, in Italy. My latest Pilates certification has been with the BASI Pilates international school. My very first teacher was Christin Kuhnert, of Centre Circle Munich, who introduced me to many other movement methods as for ex Franklin method, Spiraldynamik, Gyrotonik, Feldenkrais. I'm also certified Spiraldynamik teacher. I'm certified with the Bebo method (pelvic floor training), Anatomy Trains in motion and Slings. I love my profession and I never stop to research and to study new ways of exploring human movement.
