Kathrin Ress

I run a Pilates studio called PUNTOK in Bolzano, Italy. My latest Pilates certification has been with the BASI Pilates international school, but my very first teacher was Khristin Kuhnert, of Centre Circle Munich, who introduced me to many other movement methods as for ex Franklin method, Spiraldynamik, Gyrotonik, Feldenkrais. I'm also certified Spiraldynamik teacher. I love my profession and I never stop to research and to study new ways of exploring human movement.
