I have been teaching general fitness for over 35 years and Pilates for 20 years. I have directed fitness programs within Campus Recreation at the University of Arizona and at Firelands College of Bowling Green State University in Ohio. I have also worked in small business, and currently teach and help train Pilates and yoga instructors. I also teach tap dance, which takes me back to my youth and a fullfilling expression of joyful movement. I am certified with the American Council on Exercise, Yoga Alliance and the Pilates Method Alliance. I love integrating various fitness and movement modalities.
