I'm a lover of outdoors and oh so many movement practices. I balance out my nursing career with pole dance, summer swimming and all things pilates. I taught mat pilates and yoga for some years. Now upgrading to a comprehensive pilates certification. I injured my low back recently. Now exploring pilates as a healing modality. I have so much to learn and am so grateful for all the offering of Pilates Anytime. Thankyou
