I am a certified Spinning Instructor, as well as a personal trainer and Licensed Emergency Medical Technician for the State of NY. I recently became certified for Mat Pilates and comprehensive training for apparatus equipment as well,I enjoy being fit and trying to encourage others as well to be fit and healthy. I am a mother of three children 26-24-20 years of age. I look forward to the future and being certified in Pilates and being apart of the Pilates world and educational learning.
