Hi, I ´m Laura, Pilates Teacher since 2007! I am a Pilates, Barre and Fascia Fitness Teacher from Vienna, Austria. Pilates Mat certified in 2007 in Vienna, Austria and 2012 Full Comprehensive Pilates Studio Teacher Programm of 700 hours in Miami Shores, Florida with Anna Alvarez from the Pilates Education Group. I am Member of the Pilates Verband/Association in Austria since 2012. I teach Privates, Duo´s and small group classes at two Pilates Studios in the city Vienna, Austria. For a strong, toned and painfree body!
