I'm an ICU nurse and have taken or taught most every form of fitness and yoga since my teens (40 years plus).My body is aging,but love of workouts remains, but ballistic cardio and heavy weights no longer serve me. Found this site and have a new reformer to set up,and looking forward to feeling soothed and strong instead of strong and crippled!
