David Freeman

David began studying Pilates at age 49 almost 20 years ago in New York. He studied extensively with Romana Kryzanowska and was certified by her more than 15 years ago. He is the Owner and Director of the Pilates Institute of Ft. Lauderdale (www.ThePilatesInstitute.Net). He is also a co-founder, principal and Teacher Trainer for the United States Pilates Association (R) which is a national Educational Organization offering Teacher Training, Continuing Education and exclusive Joeseph Pilates Archival Seminars through the The New York Pilates Studio (R) Teacher Certification Program (www.UnitedStatesPilatesAssociation .com).
