About 13 year ago I fell in love with Pilates after a major back injury requiring surgery. After 3 years of practicing, I believed in it so much I decided I wanted to teach it and help others. I was trained through Brooke Siler at Re:Ab and went on to get my PMA certification. I love what I do!
