Monica starts this intermediate level class focusing on connecting our upper bodies to our Powerhouse to learn how to approach the rolling exercises more efficiently. Using a Spine Corrector as a tool for opening your chest and connecting your shoulder girdle to your breath you'll begin to see the importance of a strong yet flexible upper back. Work deliberately, to develop the important skills needed to advance your work. The second half of class utilizes the skills throughout the movement patterns.
