I start with one spring in the middle (When I’m lying supine) but according to your chair you might want to go lighter (1 bottom) or harder (one top). When I stand I add one spring (total of 2) to 1 in the middle and one in the bottom. And then when I lie down prone I go back to one only in the middle. Hope this helps!
Julie C Julie, sorry about that. I start with 1 spring in the middle. Around minute 8:30 I change to 1 top and 1 bottom but I also give the choice of 2 springs in the middle. At minute 18:05 I switch to 1 spring: you can choose between 1 bottom or 1 middle.
