Thank you so much!! This jump board series was so awesome! So many great new moves!
I didn't have a theraband or an overball so I modified with 3lb weights, yoga strap and small "playground" ball.
I was TOO scared to catch the pulleys after I heard a *creak* on the first set, so I skipped those (1 blue).
Putting this class on favorites!! OXOX

Great class. Please let me know the brand of the grey ball. I like this size better than STOTTS orange ball. Thanks so much for your creativity and cues.
