The classes on running have been very helpful. I use to run long distances and gradually decreased my running because of cranky knees/achilles'hips. Now, I am gradually increasing because I do my homework. I even ran barefoot for part of today's run. Thank you. I look forward to someday taking one of your trx classes in person.
