I can't get any sound on any of Kristi's videos on my phone, iPad or Laptop?

Janie ~ I'm sorry you are having trouble with the sound. Are you using the app on the iPhone or iPad? If so, I recommend making sure that your mute button/ringer isn't switched to off because that will cause the sound not to play even if the volume is all the way up.
