Elizabeth, that was a festival of rotation, as you would say. I always feel so much better when we organize our pelvis to shoulder girdle this way. So many great ideas to use here. Would you use those with people who are hyper mobile for better joint congruity? And if so, would you tend to use slightly heavier springs?
