I really enjoy your innovative workouts:) One of the amazing benefits of Pilates is how physical limitations can be embraced and improved through mindful movement...speaking from experience with a 20 year old knee injury. Even though I have limited extension and flexion (less than 90 degrees) in my left knee, I am pain free and consider myself pretty strong. Thank you for being a huge inspiration!
Thank you Sabine! I agree, and whether or not it's happened yet, all of us will be a little bit broken at some point. The goal is always to find a way to keep working through it, until hopefully we're less broken someday!
