Madeline, this was very interesting to view and breakdown. I hope in the next part of this tutorial, you address a damaging cue that happens on the Pilates world all the time in relation to rotation. Specifically the cue to lengthen our spines as we twist. In fact this is detrimental to the facets over time.
Hi Lynn, thank you for watching! I hope I did answer your comment, a proper rotation requires the translation of the spine. And elongation is a cue to bring someone's spine into a vertical axis not into extension which is resting on the facets. Hope this helps!
