Thank you for this! This should be featured prominently, along with your springs tutorial, on the website. My first reformer had cords so it was pretty easy to set up and, at the time, I just worked off of a DVD. When I bought a professional reformer it had all these "bells and whistles" that my previous one didn't have and didn't come with this instruction so it took me a while to figure it out. So this information is invaluable for those of us who mostly work at home. Thanks again!
