Starting tomorrow, I have a mat and reformer, I hope this will be ok for the whole series? I’m planning to do sessions daily in the evening for 30daysÂ
Hi Regan, I am excited you are jumping in! I for one turn to this challenge whenever I need a good strong restart. I know you will enjoy the Reformer and Mat focused classes in this challenge. Having said that, I did create this challenge using multiple apparatuses such as the Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Barrels and Pedipole. If you are willing to be creative, you should be able to get a lot out of the series. There may me 1-2/30 that you will just skip over. The Wunda Chair is pretty difficult to duplicate, as well as some of the Cadillac exercises. Doing the Pedipole exercises with 2lb. weights on the Wall will suffice and a chair, exercise ball or foam roller help to replicate the exercises and stretches on the barrel. I do hope you feel re-energized after the challenge!
